Dragged me a long for a month. All sort of excuses when in reality the company couldn't make my mattress. Was told to go somewhere else. Owners were very rude and they knew for three weeks my mattress could not be made. To bad they lost a sale as we were also seeking new living room furniture. But they also told me I can't afford it... you don't tell a customer that! I have enough for what I want... telling every to not go there. Bad customer service.

We bought a living room set from Old Mill, Smith brothers was the brand. Terrible quality yet pricey, service was very bad ( actually no service)from Old Mill as well as Smith Brothers, they never were willing to resolve our issues, would not recommend either one.

Purchased a Catnapper Chair. It was not setting level and something happened so that the chair mechanism was not closing evenly. A repair person came and looked at it soon after the purchase and said that it was fine. We are older folks and did not move it until several months later only to discover it had scrapped and gouged the laminate flooring in our living room. Two requests followed with no results to come and fix it. One time in person the second a phone call. Sales personnel are nice, but customer service on repair is non-existent. I find it hard to even give one star.

I bought a new Mattress set 2 months ago. They couldn't deliver because of the virus thing. They didn't offer my $1100.00 back either.
