We bought a scratch and dent model washer for a good price, unfortunately it didn’t work right. Swick’s sent repair man right over, thought it was fixed, but it wasn’t. They replaced it with a brand new perfect washer, it is working great. Good prices and great service, will be going here for ANY appliance needs in the future.
Our freezer went out as there was a power outage due to a wind storm. I wanted to know if our freezer could be fixed. Tim from their service department came to our home that day. A part was ordered and two days later he had it fixed! I am so thankful we have such fine service available to us! I will never purchase from another store. Coldwater should be proud. Thank you Dan and Kim and Eddie and Tim...so appreciate you!

We bought a scratched/ dent fridge. Looks great from what they wanted you to see. They had me back my truck up while they boxed it up and loaded it. Got home and found 6 dents they didn’t show you. Called them and said I want to return the dented to hell fridge they sold us. Obviously they knew I’d be calling back. They were quick to say sold as in sorry. Shame on me for doing business with them and trusting them with their word. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real store
Sales staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Purchased from them before.
