The Home Depot

Most of the time when I go into this store I have a poor experience. The shelves are typically poorly stocked when the app says they have a case. The staff tends to be difficult to find and in a poor mood. I had the same experience twice when interacting with the store manager because he happened to be there. I wasn't complianing just looking for help, and he acted as though I was a huge inconvenience and he didn't want my business. The cashier's can be friendly but it's a toss up even with the same person between visits. I wish I could say this experience was only true during the pandemic because they are in a stressful situation but it's not. It's only got worse because of it.nnMost of the positive interactions I've had are with customer service. I once returned something and they were super helpful in returning and replacing the item that broke. I've also dealt with them regularly for pickup orders and they've been really stellar. They always get the items quickly and are friendly and professional in their interactions.nnI'll continue to shop there because the prices are better and I've always dealt with big box stores. It's an easier one stop solution for a lot of needs, and as I've mentioned pickup is great. If I had another solution with comparable pricing I'd go there, but I don't so I'll keep putting up with the poor treatment.

Love our local store! Great help always knowledgeable, always great help, clean store, always well stocked. Pet friendly... not mask bullies love this!

I don't ordinarily shop at home depot because there isn't a location near Saugatuck, mi. I visited this location with an eclectic list of tools and materials we needed to complete our work. The five star rating is due to the help I was able to find quickly that got me in and out of the store. For someone that doesn't shop there often that was a priceless service. They have a great selection of high quality commercial tools as well.

I was amazed when the mix up the color paint you want they are spot on it wonderful jobnEven checking out was nice a lady took real good care of me making sure all the little things were bag up and that I was all set normally I am with my husband when going to home Depot so I thank everyone for their help as I was gathering things up for my project

I am making a farmhouse bench as a wedding gift. I had lots of cuts to have done. This nice man named Brandon was extremely patient with all the cuts that needed to be done and me. He went over and above. Great experience. He deserves praise.
