Auntie's is a true chocolatier who makes magic right in the shop. The aroma is almost a meal itself. Combine that with Maine's Woopie pie and your eating a dark chocolate Woopie Ball - Marvelous.nnDon't skip the ice cream sandwiches. The Snicker Doodle with chocolate ice cream was a treat.
My husband ordered 3 whoopie balls for himself (classic, coconut and peanut butter) and I wound up eating half of them. The flavor and texture were delicious and the chocolate was high quality. I also ordered a blueberry muffin and my husband said it was the best blueberry muffin he's ever had! The owner was so nice and patient with us and the other customers after us. We live out of state but loved the whoopie balls so much would definitely have them shipped and will make it a must stop next time we're in the area!
They were a pleasure to order through! I accidentally sent an online order to the wrong address and the owner happily helped me figure out what went wrong and sent a new package to the correct one. The treats were super tasty too!
If you're in the area, or even if you're not, you HAVE to stop here! All kinds of fresh made goodies, including whoopie pies & whoopie balls, as well as cookies and a LOT of different chocolate stuff.
