My husband and I stopped in to get a few things fixed on our Verizon account. Jon was very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped fix our account and respectfully answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with this Verizon store, it was our first visit in the Oxford location and I’m sure we will be back! Thank you Jon, our daughter is very happy with her new phone :)

I recently went into the Oxford store to upgrade my phone. Dakota and Brandon provided top-notch customer service. I experienced it and witnessed it with other customers while I was in the store. They were very personable and set a comfortable atmosphere. They were attentive to listen to what I was looking for in a device and in protection for my new device. There was no hard sales pitch. They made the offer and didn’t pressure me to accept. They were very respectful and clearly had my best interest in mind. I will definitely return in the future for any issues or upgrades. I know I will be well taken care of in Oxford.

I couldn't recommend a better place for fone advice, products, and wireless services. The people are superb and friendly; the assortment of product and brand offerings are just right, prices are very competitive. I've purchased two devices and been served by Dakota and Brandon; my experiences there could could not have been better. If you need wireless services or devices, run--don't walk--to this Verizon Authorized Retailer.
