Ored a vai1lla bean coollota. Got a cup of ice
They can never get an order right, even after repeating it several times and takes 20+ minutes for a coffee. Go to Augusta or Belfast but do NOT recommend.
They gave me the wrong coffee again. They don't understand NO SWIRLS.
Giving them 1 star because I had to choose a star. I would give them 0. I’ve never had a worse experience at a Dunkin. Nor have I ever written a review, but this place deserves a fair warning. The staff is completely incompetent, it took 5 minutes alone and constant repeating to place the order. The cashier didnt even say a word to us, hello nor have a good day. I ordered a coffee with only almond milk and of course they added 3 pumps of caramel making it almost impossible to drink. And if someone orders an arrangement on munchkins don’t make HALF the count jelly munchkins. Terrible image for the franchise.
