I hate it when I have to go to this location. The customer area is always a mess and the staff is poorly trained. I strongly recommend a different location when possible.
Always apologizes when there are long waits, upbeat happy staff compared to most locations! Def my fav Dunkin to swing into.
All the employees are nice and I've never got anything wrong, there every day cause I work next door!! lol
I have been going to this Dunkin’ for approximately a year and 8/10 times when I visit they tell me that their “espresso machine is down”. Don’t waste your time going to this incompetent establishment. On a separate occasion they even informed me that they had no water in the building so they could not make any drinks whatsoever. The odd thing is is that this Dunkin is attached to a convenience store where there is ample water where you can get it by the gallon or out of the tap. Customer service at an all time low.
If I needed a constant caffeine-filled IV to sustain my life and this was the only Dunkin’ for over a hundred miles, I would rather drag my soon to be lifeless body one hundred miles than go to this location.nnGenerally, the employees are a delight. Not all of them are as pleasant. My coffee is wrong more often than not, and sometimes I’ll order and it will be forgotten about despite the fact that I’m the only customer in the store. I go there because it’s the closest location to my workplace and garbage coffee is better than no coffee when you work twelve hours at a time.
