I've been trying to get help around replacing a part on a clothes washer in a small house I recently bought. When calling any local Sears store for repair, my call is transferred to the Philippines. I had a technician come out in November. My road was impassable in the Winter and then there was a pandemic. Keep in mind my machine is sitting quietly not functional, unused. I am now being told I need to have another diagnosis visit from a technician for $150.00, an increase from $99.00 in November, which I already paid. No wiggle room, all employees say the same thing. I have the paid for part and no one to install it. I honestly don't think this company should be in business.

I've used the no credit required lease program on a push mower, a grill, and a mattress with no issues. Pay it off in 90 days for the best deal. Its helped my credit score when I pay them off as well! Highly recommend!

Made a special trip down there to purchase a new refrigerator. Called to check business hours, no answer. No answer service, machine, nothing. Checked google and the hours were until 7 on a Friday. Got to the store at 5:55 and they were closing for 6:00. Pretty handy. Not my only bad experience here. The guy with the dark hair that is one of the owners is full of himself. Fed nothing but lies about the lease program and tried three different times to enter the correct information for my lease. It ended up kicking me out of the system and I wasn’t able to purchase anything through the program because of him. I will still shop there to support the local stores but I won’t deal with this fool again!
