Not sure how they did it but they managed to make the hot blueberry coffee taste like teriyaki sauce, the vanilla iced taste like water(even though there was less ice, which they got right thank goodness), and a mocha latte to taste like a cigarette. I just cannot order coffee from here anymore, it doesn't taste the same and whenever I get hot coffee it tastes burnt even after I go home to try and save it. I know that there are hard workers in every establishment and hope they continue working hard and possibly teach those joining.
This Dunkin Donuts never stops amazing me with how horrible their service is and their lack of attention to detail. They are 0 for 5 in the past month with my orders and maybe 1 out of 10 for the year. I order hot coffee they give me an iced. I order a bacon egg and cheese they give me a bagel with cream cheese. Atleast they are consistent with their terrible service. Also i place all orders through the App so it’s not a communication breakdown just poor training, management, and ownership.
Ordered hot chocolate and got coffee. Ordered a maple frosted donut and got a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles. Somebody obviously wasn't paying attention! Disappointed, to say the least.
They are for the most part great. I go regularly, but I have had 2 orders that were not good.
Cold black hot coffee. Cold in the middle hot sandwich. Maybe they need some new thermostats. Order wrong. Up the road and downtown Farmngton consistently better.
