Don't hold your breath for I've waited weeks to hear a reply to one chair. Excuse's don't work for me. I've since then found a 5 star business that with out a run a round will upholster my chair at a reasonable price.

Working with Pete and his team has been fantastic from start to finish. I love how communicative and helpful the team is and also how honest in terms of what might be needed and what could be omitted in order to make recovering six pieces of furniture affordable and fabulous. Pete has a great range of fabrics available and the finished products could not be nicer! I am so, so happy with everything they did for me and I recommend Pete and his team in the highest possible terms!

I don't know how this guy stays in business. He was very friendly and ordered me a few swatches of material then he simply stopped communicating. I called numerous time over a two month period and got no response. I went in to the shop to find two employees. I stated that I had been a little worried by Pete's lack of response. They replied that he was fine, that was.... just his way. They said they would make sure he got my message and would return my call. He never did. I e-mailed. Still no reply. I don't know why I bothered to keep trying this long but... wow. I'm a nice friendly person. I wasn't annoying in any way. I am simply baffled. I would never recommend this business. maybe he gets by on his good looks. Someday that won't help anymore.nI have taken my reupholstering job to Maine Furniture Services. Communication as been excellent. Service very fast and respectful.
