I ordered cookies for my son who lives in Maine for his birthday- they were delivered and were wonderful so I thought I would do it again for Christmas. Well I placed the order in early November with a requested delivery date near Christmas. He has never received any cookies and I have not had any answers to my phone calls or e-mails. I won't use this service again.
We use Cookies Direct every month to recognize our remote employees birthdays. This month we decided we all should get to try them at headquarters as well. They were soft and delicious with delivery right to our door. Wonderful business and incredible at tracking and following up on our orders. Thank you so much!
I had the first shipment of two dozen cookies. They melted in our mouths. So happy we are members of the cookie of the month club. I highly recommend them. Fast delivery too.
