Expensive but it's a good club. I also dislike how personal trainers hunt you down for the free session. And they really don’t leave you alone if you say “no thanks”. After covid, I was really expecting people to wipe down their equipment after use, but they still don’t ud83dude02ud83dude02. Also so many people don’t even bother wearing a mask. Like it’s required to enter the building but a lot of people wear it down on their chins. Maybe find a way to enforce mask usage or tell people they are required to wear the mask at all times, even when working out. Cuz news flash, you can still get sufficient oxygen in a mask.

VERY UPSET ud83dude20! I’ve comes multiple times to this location and sometimes I bring a guest with me and we never get asked for an I.D. Today I came in with a guest and they wouldn’t allow us to go in because we didn’t have an I.D. I understand it’s a policy but this “policy” should ALWAYS be applied. Not when ever you guys want too. Having better customer service wouldn’t hurt either.

Walked in a couple days ago to try a workout. Felt like I walked into a car dealership with being hassled to try and buy a membership which happened to be a “one time offer”. Upstairs is packed with people as well as ungodly hot. Pump was a solid 7/10, creatine hit mid workout and had to let one go in the men’s room. Pretty decent other then the car dealer mentality

There is no reason to be closing at 7 on the weekends.. we still pay you the full amount per month for half the service... quit playing the tax break game... if anytime fitness can stay open 24 hours so can you. Plus you can't afford to put water bottle fillers in

Customer service isn’t great from a lot of the staff. Some of the staff is great. Very packed a lot of the times.
