The agent working was not very friendly or helpful. Left us standing while she talked otp to others then boss took over the computer from another location and left myself and 3 other customers just standing there. When asked how long agent just said her boss was using her computer. After waiting over 30 mins to simply PAY MY BILL and add a line. Need customer service training provided to employees. Absolutely will not go back!!

I came into n main location looking for a phone for me and my daughter. Mike gave us two phones, a speaker and put us on a plan that had hot spot and a discount since we had two phone lines for under $120. Thank you Mike for the help and the great deal.
Mike helped us out quickly and effectively. He even set up our new phones and put the cases on them. We also got free ear buds. Mike was very helpful and answered every question we had.
