Very bad experience at this center, twice in a row we called and confirmed on phone that someone is available to take passport photo and when we arrived there they casually say that the person is not available and asked us to come on another day. I can understand once but twice back to back happened and we repeatedly asked over phone to confirm that the person is available. Very disappointed when we had to walk in twice with family during this pandemic time and had to return without getting it done.

No one wants to come and take passport photos. There’s several employees in the store. Horrible!
