Not really helpful when I needed a sim handy for when tmobile test drive expired to get added to wife's plan. Not clerk or store's fault. Att doesn't 'just sell sim cards' in store. Clerk was up front about ridiculous prepaid 'mifi' pricing.

Just switched to AT&T. When I went to the Bolingbrook location to get help with my phone, the customer service rep was so helpful & friendly!nHe showed me which phone cases were on sale so I got a really good deal.
