Joe is extremely knowledgeable and was a great help. Others were also very good, but less experienced. These days it's difficult to figure out what kind of deals you are eligible for and is just easier to go into the store to have them help sort it out.
Jay was so amazing!! I had trouble with my data after switching from AT&T but he fixed it super quick & was very personable throughout the whole transaction! Fantastic customer service!! Made me so much less stressed about my phone after the appointment!
Had bad experience today with Store Manager. I upgraded existing phone to iphone 12 pro and then planned to activate new account. The employee was new who was engaged to take care of me and it was understandable , however Store manager came and said he is new he will handle my case but not now and he stopped me new activation after spending more than 45 minutes of my time. I asked I can wait but he refused stating currently he can't engage me but he will give call later with appointment. The way he responded was abruptly rude. He should know how to handle his employee front of customer and customer itself.
