Had a great experience at this location. I would have given my experience 5 stars, however, the wait for service was very close to an hour or more. There was only one associate servicing customers and one of the customer’s was activating and purchasing several phones.nJosh D. Handled all of his customers with great care and respect. Even though I had a long wait, he exceeded my expectation from a customer service perspective and got me out quickly after he resolved my issue. Great customer service skills and he should be commended!
So I loved the customer service here. JJ greeted me, which was so nice because I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I was helped by Ahmed, I could tell he was a little new but he did such a good job helping me out. If he didn’t know the answer to something he would ask Josh (the store manager). The employees were very kind and helpful. Seems like the manager is doing a good job making sure his employees and customers feel comfortable and welcomed.
I received my April land line bill. I called AT&T customer service # to question an item. My phone call was disconnected twice. I tried another AT&T # and was told to call during normal business hours? Why not provide a time? Why would the phone company not be open 24 hours? I assumed any issues with my land line would be a pain to fix. My low expectations were met!
Great customer service definitely recommend this location. JOSH AND JJ are both great reps and will definitely take care of your needs.
