They took over 10 minutes to have our food ready, which wasn’t a large order. They had us pull forward and said they would bring our food out to us. Then I had to go inside to get the food which turned out to be a mess after I opened it up. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately not my first horrible experience at this location. Won’t be coming here again.
This dunkin has very nice & courteous staff. I usually use the drive thru. I Don't like asking for a napkin,tho. Always have to ask....not good
Very good service, fresh donuts great coffees and everything for your sweet tooth.
I would t usually review a Dunkin Donuts, but this Dunkin was WEAK. Barely any cream cheese on my bagels. Like they were intentionally being stingy. And it took a long time for my stuff.
The people working the drive-thru need to get their hearing checked or they need to get their drive-thru speaker fixed. I've gone here three times for a very simple single coffee order and they've managed to screw it up each time.They repeat my coffee order back to me incorrectly, I correct them, and then I still get the wrong coffee order once I check the label or taste the coffee. Somehow asking for an unsweetened coconut flavor shot is interpreted by them as not giving it at all, giving me coconut swirl, or three hazelnut shots instead.
