Panera is back. It was nice to sit inside again. You do have to trade cups every time you want a refill.
I have never had a bad experience with this Panera. The food has always been delicious.
I come here all the time and they have the absolute best veggie soup and the turkey sandwich is to die for. Place is clean and tidy too. And friendly staff.
Poorly run location. Pickup orders are often inaccurate and it seems as if no one checks them. It really is frustrating to bring your order home and then discover that they did not include something - like salad dressing for salads. Extended wait times for pick up orders, which I’ve witnessed just sitting on the counter instead of being brought up to the cars. The manager has fairly limited customer service skills. I love Panera, but will certainly avoid this location at all times.
