Not all Dunkins are created equal. The staff here are friendly and remember you if you visit a handful of times. They’re good even if you make a mistake on the app or with a coupon. Great place for that afternoon coffee break!

Never buy coffee or ice matcha latte from here because they give less coffee if we said for lite ice. Here DD is doing a scam they are selling you a small coffee in a medium size. Be careful.

Very poor customer services and very poor quality. Ordered coffee and few other things on 3/4/2021 around 11:50pmCST. There were no rush and long queue. Received coffee in damaged cup, drive through guy didnt check the cup neither awared me. Spilled coffee in my new car all over on front seat and consol. Went back to store and requested to talk with manager and supervisor but they were not avaliable. The person who took and prepared my order was saying that he can not check everyup, cup comes as it is from company. Store was not busy but employees were working unprofessionally and crazily without caring anything. No manager and supervisor showed up, they were not avaliable, person offered me a new coffee but the joy of my new 2021 car is gone because of Dunkin”s damaged coffee cup. I hope so someone from dunkin management will read this feedback

Coworkers and I usually get our coffee here on our breaks. Yesterday they had a long line and that’s fine but our coffee was made poorly and it was not good at all. Working in retail I understand trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible but I went back to get our drinks redone since they were going to be thrown out otherwise. The person working at the window tried telling me I didn’t purchase them there before checking and my then proceeded to get me flavor shots and the sugar to fix them myself. At that point I’ll just clock in next time I go to Dunkin ☺ufe0f

I usually don’t write reviews. But the bad experience at this location forced me to write one. I went there for buying a dozen donuts. The price was $12+. They had a promotion of buy12 get 6 donuts free on NPL card. When I asked about it, the guy replied very rudely that no deal is going on right now. I said that’s fine. But still he kept saying there is no deal. I told him again that’s fine and told him to give me 12 in two six pack boxes. He then said the price will be $15+ because of 2 boxes. May be the price works like that there but it’s the rudeness which really set me off.
