If you order a large nitro cold brew or whatever they try to pull a fast one on you and fill half the cup with foam. I'll go out of my way to a different DD or hit up Starbucks over this location.
Won’t be back! The employees are so rude here!!! Went to the one down the street - they are much nicer there.
I order a iced caramel craze latte and see this at the bottom of my cup. Some people just dont care about quality control. And I got 6 donuts in a bag (i didnt ask to be in a bag).
Employees do not acknowledge you right away. In a very slow day instead of them waiting or taking your order they take their sweet time serving you and no matter how young they are they should take responsibility and serve their customers faster than what they actually do.
Poor management. You have to park on the side and walk around the building because the employees get the privilege of front row parking, leaving maybe 1 space open and thats if they even decide to open the inside. You could just use the drive through, if it isn't stretched out onto 53, or get stuck behind some jerk at the window that had to order half the menu while the rest of us get stuck waiting for one obnoxious order to be filled.
