I have had the same phone for 7 years now. I've dreaded going into a store for a very long time because of awful past experiences. Today I went in and purchased 2 new devices. Bree and Brian helped me. They were both so kind. They were so patient, answered all of my questions, and even had a genuine conversation with me. I would 100 percent go back here for anything and I am so grateful I came here. Usually I leave questioning everything. Today I did not and I'm so thankful. Brian and Bree are amazing. Totally recommend this location! Love it
Kara was extremely helpful! Pulled in twenty minutes before they closed and she literally took her time with everything. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I ended up not leaving until about ten minutes after they closed because my phone was still setting up but again she took her time and made sure everything was taken care of. Been going to this location for five years and every time is always an awesome experience. Thank you so much!
