Drive thru only..... Saturday and Sunday morning are long drive thru waits....
If there is any kind of line at the drive-thru, forget it. They do not have it together when they're busy. Also, I have gotten my coffee and it has been completely cold
When we first moved to this area 2 years ago the service was all over the place, they had a high turn over on staff. But in the last 6 months service has been great and the staff is friendly. Who ever took over control of the store is doing a good job
Slow service even when using the app. Understaffed at times but i believe it's starts at poor training. The employees are customer service oriented but they need the tools to succeed and it doesn't seem like that's being provided here with the slow and inconsistent service.
Friday morning during the rush waited 10 minutes for a single car to move through the drive through. I used the mobile app for my order and still had to wait when I got to the window, even though it had been 30 minutes from order time. Need more workers during a morning rush and also need to have workers that will ask big orders to pull ahead so they can continue to work through others.
