T-Mobile

Came into the store a few days ago the new manager Omar helped me. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. It's great to see that they also speak Spanish. I'm going to make sure to send my family and friends here to see Omar. Definitely my go to location from now on.

I had a family member who was on my phone package. They broke their phone and went to get a new on without my permission. Mind you this would increase the cost of my phone bill. I never authorized or even got a call to confirm that I was okay with this upgrade. when I called this location I was told that the is scanner let her id go through. Mind you, I weigh 180, live in Wisconsin and have brown eyes. She weighs 100, lives in Illinois and have blue eyes. So this alone makes no sense. Then I was told that I order to get this upgrade off my line I had to bring the phone in. So I had to drive from Wisconsin to Illinois with a 6 month old baby during corona and bring then back this phone that NEVER should have been added in the first place. I was told we’d get our money back, they would remove the upgrade and credit my account. It has been a week since and I haven’t heard anything about the credit to my account and the money hasn’t been returned to the card that was charged for the fees and taxes of the upgrade. When I called I spoke to Eric who was extremely rude and didn’t care at all for what was happening. He told me that I needed to contact customer service for a credit to my account and to see why the money hasn’t been put back on the card. Honestly took me by surprise because Jose (the man who helped me last week) was super kind, understanding and helpful. I hope this doesn't happen to any other customers!

We purchased new unlocked phones from Samsung, and brought them in for a sim card. We have had Sprint for many years and have a total of 3 phones on a plan. We were told at this store, if they installed T-Mobile sim cards to our new phones, the third phone with a Sprint sim would no longer work. NOT TRUE. We went to the Corp. Crystal Lake store and they installed new T-Mobile sims to our two new phones with no issues. The other phone, with the Sprint sim, did not stop working and ultimately the older phone was compatible with the new T-Mobile sim so it upgraded service for that phone too. 2 stars for being pleasant, but ultimately they caused us a lot of undue grief and false info.

These guys at this store are super nice! The two Joses, Eric, and Destiny are very nice people. I was happy with the experience at T-mobile.

If you want to loose time solving nothing, this is the right place. Jose is a master of knowing nothing and is going to call Brittany who gives him no answer. Good luck
