Always have enjoyed Panera Bread, but have never really gotten such great customer service like We did at this location from Grae, she was very positive, outgoing, and so much more! we knew she was smiling the whole time taking our order under her mask. From now on will come to this Panera always!
Very nice people we enjoyed our meal my client said she loves the food
Despite the positive upbeat mood of the cashier, the place in general fell deflated: Sandwich was ok, old salad and a bakery section with very limited selection. It's understandable under present bs circumstances, but come on guys get your chin up!
Super yummy food but we waited almost 15 minutes past the curbside pickup, and employees were just walking around sweeping and no one was bringing out the order that we could see sitting on the shelf, little frustrating but nonetheless the food was made right and delicious!
Sweet baby Jesus, please help these people put all your food in the bag before you leave. 3rd time...last visit.
