The girls i had yesterday were literally the sweetest people. I was having a really bad morning and they just made it so much better. I will never forget that experience.

You know, I am a fan of dunkin. But, this morning I asked for a large coffee and 2 donuts. I said the donuts like 5 times. Some they manage to screw up my order!!!!! I asked for a large coffee 12 and 12. I got all cream, no sugar and I asked for 2 donuts, 1 chocolate glazed and a glazed. They gave me just a chocolate donut. How in the world, do you not charge me for the donuts, but have me pay again for the donuts. A customer should only say it one time, or repeat after getting the orde right. I have worked in food service in my life. I understand, but that doesn't make any excuse for forgetting and not taking responsibility. I'm just going to go to star bucks from now on. At least there, they will get my order right and I won't have to say it multiple times.

06.01.20- they should quarentine the drive through till they learn how to run it!!nnOut of 3 types of donuts on a Saturday at 9 AM. And yes your coffee will be all over the outside of each cup. And yes 70% of the time your order will be incorrect. Absolute, consistent incompetence in service n management!!!

Always out of chocolate munchkins(I even went in morning) and my donut that I ended up getting was rock hard. In the morning the donuts should be fresh

Product quality seemed fine, but masks were being worn under the nose by both employees that were visible from the drive through, and 1 even constantly touching her mask while handling donuts. I know the world isn't perfect, and everyone gets a nose itch, but wearing under your nose defeats the purpose entirely.
