Had my first massage with Rachel today. What an amazing experience! I was having very bad upper back and neck pain. This was not a traditional massage. Rachel used a new method using shock wave machine during this . WOW I cant believe the difference. I look forward to going back and highly recommend Adore Essence.

I decided to get my first ever massage a few months ago! For my first time ever i had a great experience and have continued to go since. Pauline has been amazing with me! She helps me stay relaxed and has helped my overall self feel much better! She is great and will have you feeling amazing especially if you have back pain like i do! I definitely recommend this place and recommend Pauline she’s been so great!

I had an amazing first experience with Pauline. I felt so relaxed and at peace which to be quite honest I haven’t felt like that in a while. I am a person that struggles with sleep and after my fist session I was able to go home and sleep through out the whole night. I am truly amazed by her work I will definitely be back for more sessions.

I have been going to adore essence for massages and energy work for some time now. I truly enjoy the services that I receive. Pauline works with me on handling my anxiety and stress and understanding how to stay calm and grounded. One time when I was under great stress and pressure Pauline calmly grounded, guided and expanded my understanding. Totally relaxing me followed by a massage. I left felling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Pauline’s energy work helps me remain calm long after our sessions. I’d recommend her and adore essence to everyone I know.

I never thought I was going to come back to this place after a horrendous experience. But after year+, I’m so glad I did. I’ve had Rachel the last 2 visits and both times she pulled out all her tricks to make me feel better. She’s used the ShockWave treatment the last 2 times. It’s the ultimate hurts so good. There’s a sting but completely tolerable for the relief I’ve been dying for. Before this treatment, I would be unable to walk 3-4 times a week by the end of the day. I haven’t had a pain episode like that since receiving that treatment. Rachel did another thorough treatment today and I’m very much looking forward to more relief!
