If I could rate a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. I called prior to coming and was told a particular item was in stock. Upon arrival found out it was not. Drove an hour just to make a purchase that was given misleading information. Everyone makes mistakes but the lack of customer service from the manager and having him argue with me was disrespectful. All the information he told me was incorrect. I ended up going to another location and they were top notch. Stay clear from this location. They do not have your best interest at heart.
Very helpful and polite! I called to see if they had my printer ink in stock and Jasmine went above and beyond! She set aside what I needed and gave me further information when I came to pick up and purchase. Very helpful! Thanks so much for the fabulous customer service!

I was helped by Tyler at the Gurnee Office Max. He was helpful explaining the differences in office desks. Since COVID most of us moved home for our work.
