The store manager acts like he is doing you a favor by fixing the issues that they caused in the first place. I understand having to go into the store for fixing problems, but 5 times in 2 months to fix errors that the staff there has caused is excessive. Being told “he has wasted his time as well helping me fix these”, when voicing frustration at the constant problems. Very disappointed and do not recommend this store.

Definitely one of the worst customer service I’ve come across, the “manger” Christian did nothing to help with an issue I was having and basically sent me away with no kind of answer to my issue forcing me to use a different location. As a manager at a business this is no way, shape or form any way to manage/handle a customer at any establishment. They have been literally hanging out in the entrance of the store on their phones not trying to assist a simple task or initiate any kind of customer service.
