If you own a Canon EF 11-24 f/4 L you know that the huge front element precludes the use of conventional screw-on filters. And having that big, expensive piece of glass unprotected is something I didn’t want. The Wonderpana XL is a well built solution for this lens & for other lenses of similar construction.nnI purchased the UV/haze, CPL & the 5-stop ND filters. Surprisingly the ND filter lives on this lens 90% of the time. I love the effect of long exposures on water & shoot many images at a nearby lake. I cannot see any color cast to this filter.nnOrdering from the website was quick & delivery was fast. Even though this is a $600 system it protects a $2500 lens & I consider it a sound investment. Quality of both the metal & glass parts is outstanding & it looks great on the lens.nnDon’t buy this system if you’re trying to keep a low profile. Do buy if you feel the need to protect an expensive lens & want a way to add ND filters or a CPL.
