Returns were hassle free. With amazon returns, you can get 25% off, plus Kohl's cash when you buy big items which is why I bought anything here. It's usually not somewhere I shop because without these discounts, I think items of way overinflated in price. The clearance section has some good prices, but items are so mixed up, it is a time commitment to find something that works for you.nnI felt pretty safe as far as social distancing because there are many ways to avoid bumping into people. They have sanitizer at the entrances and exits, and dots to show where to stand in line. On the weekend before Christmas, it was a bit of a zoo, but on the weekend only, they had the doors to the rest of the mall shut off to control traffic.
It's okay, I have noticed the quality of their items have gone down over the years. However their prices have not changed. Sometimes even with their coupons I don't feel like I'm saving money at all compared to other stores.
I saved $60 because I had the Kohls card. The Kohls card gave me a 30% discount off my entire purchase. Great savings here!
Good collection when it comes to clothing and personal care accessories but not so much if you are looking for kitchen ware.
