I have called most of the locations in Waukegan to ask a simple question today, and this is the ONLY one who answered their phone . I would have to say this is poor customer service and this is will be our only location from now on! Thank you for the great customer service! I forgot to get your name.
People who work there don't change gloves. No safety protocol or employee just don't follow it. The lady who serve me grab my donut order with the exact same gloves she used to take the money from the car in front of me and dump the donut (boston cream)in the bag like garbage. With the pandemic going on safety is very important. And hire people who wants to work and really need the job so they will value their work.
The “manager” named Jessica is a terrible leader. While I waiting for my coffee, she was being very aggressive towards the employees and not letting me get my order. She does not deserve that title one bit.
Today the hash browns tasted freezer burned and I was only given half the serving. The rest was ok. But there was no effort to make my order fresh.
Clean. Staff professional and polite.
