Have tried e-mailing several times regarding coming in for a consultation. They take about 1 week or longer to respond or get back to you via email inquires. Also, I’ve tried calling a few times. No one picks up the phone and no one returns voicemails. This is so frustrating and unreliable. At first, I thought maybe they are no longer in because of COViD. But...got a response from the owners weeks later ( I was wrong). They are just slow. I usually get all my face care needs in Chicago but the drive is so long and gets tiring. Just looking for some place closer.nnGuess this place has enough clients. Doesn’t need new ones.
Wellness for Eternity unlike many others is a one of kind spa that has innovative lasers, technology and products. Their services stand behind the name “wellness”. The estheticians work with you to uncover the best treatment for your concerns and are able to customize an effective plan to achieve your desired results. The staff prides themselves on educating and guiding their customers. I’ve found my fountain of youth!
Best facial ever!! Normally I do not enjoy facials due to the steam and I break out after the products used (I have gone to multiple spas...) and here not only was my skin HYDRATED, and felt wonderful, but no breakouts and the facial had no annoying steam! It was perfect. Illona is great. Totally friendly, professional and I learned A LOT about the products. I recommend everyone who is looking for a spa and beauty bar, especially here in Barrington, to head over to Wellness for Eternity!
Stop reading this review and head toward Wellness for Eternity!! From the moment I walked in it was the most incredible facial experience! I was brought into the room by the lovely Ilona, (who honestly has the most relaxing voice and vibe ever!), while in this beautifully intimate atmosphere it felt like I was being pampered at the Ritz Carlton in Paris. She explained everything she was doing the entire time with easy to understand explanations. I’ll absolutely be coming back and asking for the Biologique Recherché facial again, 60 minutes and I not only looked 10 years younger, my skin was glowing :)
My new to go to spa. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable about the the products for my skin. From the moment I entered to the time I left I felt taken care off.
