The group of guys here are awesome!! Mike was able to get all my movies back due to a file transfer at a corporate store that went terribly wrong. Spoke with Verizon technical department and they also were unable to get my movies and recording back. This store is not corporate Verizon and they have the means to transfer data from iphone to Android. I was very upset with Verizon until I went here. Mike, Ed and Daniel are such a good group of people and got it done. Do yourself a favor stay away from corporate stores. This independent store was so helpful and successful with getting everything back. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!
Very clean and tidy inside. Amazing customer service! I dropped my phone off a cliff in Colorado (what are the odds) and couldn't retrieve it. Once home I needed a new phone so I headed to the wireless zone. An employee by the name Jake assisted me. All I gotta say is go with Jake!! He doesn't make mistakes and is very polite/friendly. He even helped my son pick out a new iPhone! Amazing!!!
