Yesterday we bought a new refrigerator at Grand Appliance in Lake Zurich. Anthony Busco did a superb job in helping us decide which model to purchase. His knowledge and professional manner made our buying experience very easy. And he arranged for a 2- day delivery, which was unexpected and wonderful.

Mike was great! We went in with an idea of what he wanted and he was able to inform us on the appliances. It didn’t feel like he was trying to up sale us. And it felt like he was genuine with his input and opinion. Prices were also reasonable and didn’t feel like we were taken advantage of. This was our first time purchasing from grand appliances and after our experience with mike, we can confidently say we will back for another purchase.
We had a great experience purchasing our Electrolux washer. The delivery & warranty worked out well in the sale as well. A month or so has passed and all is good!
I’m loving this place. Referred by a family member I left Lowe’s to go to grand appliances, WELL WORTH THE WASTED TRIP TO LOWES. Grand gave you a personal family like feel when we walk in. All employees are super nice. The appliances are beautiful and you feel like you not being sold lemons.nI’m so glad I left Lowe’s to go here and work with mike smith. What a guy what a place.
