I went to this store with some questions about my phone plan. I was pleasantly surprised by knowledgeable and attentive nature of Maria. I was her only customer at the time, and we talked to me extensively about what my options were moving forward. She made sure that I throughly understood each aspect of the process as we went through it. I can't believe that she wasn't the manager of the store with her level of know-how about At&t's phone plans. I was extremely satisfied with your store; even more so with Maria's professionalism and her ability to give me some of the best d*mn customer service that I've had at your stores.
