I had a phone issue in needless to say I went through all sorts of hoops in a bunch of dead ends, that is until I called the only other sprint store opened ,in since the rolling meadows store/ in house repair store basically turned me away. So I called the Lake Zurich sprint in a gentleman by the name of Ron answer the phone I describe my problem to him mixed with all the other times I explained them to other sprint tech in customer support and without hesitation he told me to come in, in I’ll be damned that what’s taken a week and the phone being sent out in sent back Ron had the problem taken care ofnnI really recommend giving this store a try you won’t regret it especially if you have previous bad experiences at others

Coming into this sprint store has a very welcoming feel to it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the same man who helped me set up my new phone. Every employee in this store was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had before I even asked them. Very friendly and fun vibe. This has been the most pleasant sprint store I have been too. 10/10 I would totally recommend it. Very quick and easy service. Fantastic customer service as well.

I was told by Sprint corporate on the phone to come in and get a complementary SIM card for my new phone. In the store I was told this was not the case and I had to pay $20 for the card. There was 0 customer service, in todays market you should really worry about keeping customers . Also IL law requires everyone to wear face masks not a single employee was wearing a mask or gloves, they handle people’s phones and money. Second time I came in and second time a subpar experience.

This is the only Sprint location where they are unwilling to help. I've been there several times and I was very unhappy with the costumer service. I always have to go to a different location on call Sprint directly.
