Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

I was at this Verizon’s store today. One of the staff named “Brock” helped me figuring out my billing statement and explained my current account plan. Recommended the store very much. He’s very professional and attentive to my questions and needs. Thank you for your great customer service.

I had an emergency phone situation. My phone was glitching out terribly, opening random apps that I wasn't clicking on, and going in the wrong direction fast. My phone hasn't been backing up in about 3 years and I was panicking.nnBrock to the rescue! He was super personable, accommodating, and stayed after his shift was over to help me. Well over his shift was over and had a positive attitude doing so. My impression was that he had been working there for years and he mentioned it was his first month. Given his knowledge about the process of doing all things phones and his expertise in the various models and information I was impressed.nnBrock truly went above and beyond to help me when he certainly did not have to. I am more than grateful for all of his help. The guy couldn't have had a better attitude despite staying well after his shift ended.nnHonorable mention to Jazmin for assisting as well. She also stayed after her shift to assist.nnThank you to the two wonderful employees that worked their miracles to make things work.nnOn a side note, my phone was having too many issues to properly backup so Brock gave me his card and offered to give assistance the next day. He even offered to call me if I didn't reach out to him by midday.nnI couldn't have asked for any better service from this Verizon location. Not all Verizon's are created equal and the Verizon - Wireless Zone is top notch!nnI will definitely be going back and referring friends and family to this location and they've created a loyal customer with their rarely found stellar service.nnA million thank yous!nnRob

Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome.

The representative was friendly and helpful. She explained how to transfer my down loaded music from my phone to my car radio in a manner that was easily understood.

Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable workers. They always help me with what I need done!
