I went to T-Mobile on Kirk road The customer service provided by Vanessa was so pleasant and awesome. Vanessa is extremely knowledgable In the products and services. Overall the customer service at this store has always been good. I have purchase all my phones here in past 3-4 years

Employees were super helpful! I didn't need an appointment and I received great information for what I needed for my family. Best experience I have ever had at at a cellular store!

I feel like it’s the type of person you are no matter where you go, that can make this world better or worse place.nTheir are too many reasons why it’s safe to say that these employees at T-Mobile on Kirk Rd are doing a great job at helping their local community with their cellular needs.nnI know from experience if you are a good person and not some snood who wants the red carpet rolled out at your feet every where you go, then you will like your experience and these associates working at this T-Mobile location on Kirk Rd.nnI had an issue with my experience at the T-Mobile on New York st next to the Aaron’s store, if you like to complain then go to this New York St T-Mobile, you will have so much negative comments to write in your review.nnThe good people at T-Mobile on Kirk Rd (Virgina & Jerry) did not hesitate to help with the issue caused by the other location that is owned by a different franchisee, they both were supportive emotional and professionally and sympathized with the difficultly caused by other people not knowing what human decency is.nIf you have read this far and are wondering if you want to go to this store, then go and you won’t be disappointed.

Assistant Manager was swearing in conversation to the other staff and they also did not want to resolve a customer service issue
