Such a great experience! Originally was told there could be a half hour wait but barely waited 15 minutes. Jake took care of me and Heidi was a great help, as well. Went in for an upgrade and walked out with a fantastic del on the Samsung S20-5G. Highly recommend going here for your cellular needs.

After an unsettling experience over a couple returns, Heidi reached out and fixed everything . Her communication, customer service and relentlessness to fix the problem is admirable. Andy was also a pleasure to deal with and goes the extra mile for the customer. The store definitely has a couple quality employees that will work hard for the customer.

We've had great experience with this Sprint. Sai was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, A+++ for him. He has spent one hour trying to connect my home to Sprint network, called technical support , that didn't help. I went to a different location, they couldn't help either, came back to Sai and he did it. A very happy customer!
