Bill Ward is an Oracle with the patience of a Saint! I hope this review is viewed and actioned by the appropriate people at Sprint/T Mobile. Bill has a special skill set not commonly found in customer facing positions. Please consider recognizing his thoroughness, patience and deep knowledge/experience. His outside the box thinking and solution oriented approach enabled me to execute a transaction at a different store that had the device in stock we needed. Bill helped us out today with one of phones that was broken. He was fabulous. We are a corporate account located in another state, but one of our employees was in the Wheaton area and his phone's microphone stopped working. Having no idea where to go, he went to another T-Mobile/Sprint for help. Terrible experience. He just walked out. We looked up another location and luckily, we got Bill. I talked to Bill on the phone. I told him the situation, and he was extremely helpful. I told my employee to go to Bill's store, and he was in and out within 45 minutes with a new phone. So thankful that Bill was honest in his dealings with us, and he provided great customer service. From the other reviews, I can see this is par for the course for Bill. Shout out to Bill!

Bill was extremely patient and professional in regards to fixing the service on my Apple Watch, he made sure my issue was corrected before I left the store, good guy!

This store is the best. I became Best friends with Billy since I walked into this store. He really took care of my family. He also gave me Great advice on Call of Duty. My kill ratio went up .83% and I can’t thank him enough. Bros for Life.
