Was ready to give T-Mobile up after 15 years but came to this location and was helped out in the most incredible way. Manager Delilah, Luis, and Marvin helped me and my mom so much. We’re so knowledgeable about everything and kind and gave me a big deal. Thank you guys so much you made my day!!

I came in last night to upgrade to a new phone. I am not very good with technology but their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! I have never been to this location before, but in the past I have spent over an hour every time I went in to upgrade my phone, so I was expecting to spend a good amount of my night there. This time I was in and out with all my questions answered and a new phone within 30 minutes! I highly recommend this location!

Not a very good experience. I came here simply to return my iPhone 11 Jump on Demand phone since I received my new iPhone 12 shipped to me. The agent, Ken, while friendly, did not know how to process the return for my leased device. The reason for the low rating is not that he did not know how, but he did not even try to ask the manager or phone T-Mobile for instructions. He told me to take it to another store. Disappointing customer service here.
