First time in a long time I went shopping for a birthday gift. So happy that I went to Von Maur, sales people helped me and made me feel great for the outstanding service they afforded to me. Makes me long for true customer service they all business used to offer. Von Maur is delivering it.
I love the old fashioned excellent customer service! My grandmother worked for Marshall Fields for years and Von Maur is the closest I have come to finding that experience. Exceptional. Have mailed many baby gifts and the woman who works in your baby section is wonderful!!!
The Von Maur store at the Yorktown Shopping Mall in Lombard, Illinois is a lovely store with an wonderful selection of merchandise. Prices for just about every budget. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and relatable. I have shopped at Von Maur around the country and appreciate the experience in each one.
