I had such a wonderful experience at this bed bath and beyond location! I had a very large order that required a lot of plates to be wrapped up. Crystal was my cashier and she was phenomenal! It was her second day and she was so enjoyable to be with! She went above and beyond to make sure all the fragile items I bought were wrapped up securely!

I ordered online and did curbside pick up, I ended up going inside to get my items I purchased. The employee that helped me was super nice. It was fast and easy. I will definitely be purchasing again from this store. Keep up the great work.

They've moved the store around, but that's OK. Can't believe they are out of stock on a few things, that's not ok. The floor attendant was super helpful, he should get a raise or be promoted (tall and big guy), overall, I like this place and what they offer.

Trying to buy a knife set for my wife and the salesperson in proximity to the display would rather hide than offer assistance because the knives are secured behind locked display cabinets. Finally get help, select the ones I want, which are the last stainless steel in stock. The box is trashed and has been very obviously opened but the clerk won't let me open the box and see them. I can buy it and return it. Should have walked out then. Take the box to the cashier and she won't honor the 20% off coupon on my phone. They mail them out weekly but now in the store they won't? Time to shop Amazon.

Don't expect BBB to stand behind your purchase. I bought a Cuisinart coffee percolator Sept 20202 and 6 months later it didn't work. Called BBB customer service and they assured me I would be refunded if I sent the box back to them via a Fed Ex label they provided. Three weeks later BBB returns to the percolator back to me, still broken, no refund. More time wasted on the phone. They won't refund; I must go through manufacturer. Thanks for nothing, BBB. Despite my membership, I won't be shopping with you again. Whatever 3rd world country you outsource customer service to, it's not working. You made it clear to me today that you couldn't care less about your (previously) loyal customers.
