The manager gave me wrong delivery date and whenever I call, he just keeps on increasing the delivery date and till now I haven’t received the furniture which was suppose to deliver after 4 weeks I place an order and it’s already 8 weeks.
Great sale rep with professional customer service skills....Very accommodating.
I placed an order online and it was still not fulfilled two months later. Maybe service in the store is fine, but do not use the online order system.
I finaly got to the new store today - Beautiful
I really do not know what everyone is complaning about, no on has furnitre in stock, people are leaving bad reviews for something that logan cannot control the manufactors. it is out there hands, people are leaving bad reviews for something that logan cannot help, it is out there hands, I did my shopping, and I know it will be awhile (and you shoud too!) understand it is not there fault, OMG!
