Why charge $40 dollars a month when we only using the weights, basketball area is close, steam room, sauna, and the hot tub.nAnd also Gym is never clean it’s always dirtynDumbbells are all over the placenNothing is where it’s supposed to be.
Not professional got kicked out because my guest didn’t have an ID. He wasn’t even a little bit understanding I asked if my guest was able to receive a picture of their ID to show and he still wasn’t having it. I understand a policy but if a policy is in place make sure you go by that policy 100 percent of the time! Not just when ever you feel like it! cause now you are picking and choosing who to kick out of your gym and that’s abusing your power. I tried explaining to the manger I’m a regularly here and we always worked out with out them checking my guest in and he gave me so much attitude talking about “well what time do you come here? I’ve never seen you before”.nClearly we are in a epidemic and have to wear face mask all the time right ? Just saying xsport should pick who runs their locations more wisely.
Think they can have more procedures towards cleanliness during the covid but aside from that has a great amount of work out equipment, and great costumer service.
I havent felt comfortable going to the gym in the midst of a pandemic. Before it was a nice place to workout and get my body together,but i feel that they are not handling this pandemic well at all. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months but they make it next to impossible. Considering what we are going through as a nation you would think you can cancel online or over the phone. Its 2020.
This gym was the best in our place! The facility and the equipment were amazing, as well as the pleasant environment. They had a good service with friendly staff. Excellent!
