The staff at this location is amazing! Always friendly and greet you with a smile! I’ve never had an issue with any machines, even during the current pandemic. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service, see you guys in the morning!
My experience with Planet Fitness has been great, I am a returning customer, about 2 years ago had to go out of state for a while and had to leave it, once back in Chicago , as soon as I heard they were open, I went to register again. I love to be able to go to exercise and be able to take a shower after a great workout without worrying about being late for work
Lydia was great, really knew her stuff about the tanning booth , big help. The place looked excellent as usual always very well maintained
Horrible customer service spoke to Tasha who couldn’t get more ghetto then they come. Absolute scam of a gym. Makes it so easy to sign up and wants to make sure you have to jump through hoops to cancel membership. Never again. It’s been covid for a year plus and they charged a membership fee for people not even using the gym going on the second year now. Very unprofessional and just a money hungry gym looking to come up off people not paying attention to their bank accounts
Plenty of equipment, truly no bad vibes or judge-y looks. Facility is always clean, staff are friendly and the crowd meter is awesome.
