This place has nice management. The environment has a calm presence.nThis is the only place I will do my eyebrows ( I do waxing, threading is great too, but my preference is waxing). I like how they shape it and the ladies are gentle. It gets busy but management is ready and aware on how to speed up the process. I haven't had a bad experience. It is a gem inside Ford City.

Don't go here horrible job on my lashes they fell off after a couple of days and than when I cane in to fix it they wanna charge me for it. Even though a lady over the phone said free if I could I give them negative stars.

I've had my eyebrows threaded by both Jayshree and Anita! They do great work and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Wait times is less than 10 minutes. Very clean and friendly environment.

Alejandra is great.. took me years to find someone who does my eyebrows just the way I want them. I have been with her for almost a year
