very bad service , manager was very ignorant and rude
bad service , very ignorant manager
It’s June 2020, in the height of the covid crisis and Mike, the manager ,doesn’t want to wear his mask. Everyone else shopping has their required mask on but not Mike. No ... Mike thinks it’s too hot in his air conditioned store. If you’re concerned about your health don’t go... Mike doesn’t share your concerns. Order online from any other store but bed bath and beyond, because store managers get to over rule the governors reopening requirements.
The store itself is fine however the employees are not helpful in any sort of way when I got up to the register I told them that I wanted to price match I showed the guy and he said oh no I have to pull it up on my own computer so I backed out of it and then he then asked to see it again which in the store had no service to pull up I will not be returning to the store I also think that they push products that are Bed Bath & Beyond exclusive instead of actually telling you if a product is good or not
Very good store to get kitchen and bathroom products.Really there's a lot of different things that you can get here even for the house decor.
