The employees here are usually pretty cool & helpful. Its probably the reason I frequent this O'Reilly's. They're straight up with you, if u need a part & the website says it's not in stock, just call em. Sometimes they can have it at the store that same day to pick up, other times they have to special order it & it takes a couple days. Either way, they keep it simple. They've never insisted that i come in to pay for the part before they would order it, I can't say the same for Auto Zone & I haven't bothered with any of the others. Where I live Im close to all the major chains & this place just hasn't ever given me a reason to go anywhere else. Good customer service is hard to find anywhere so when I like a place or the laid back, yet friendly & helpful vibe of its employees I always notice & I always go back. Now if I could only find an honest mechanic around here I'd be in good shape....

It's a nice part store for quick travel get in and get out people as polite as you did you need anything recommend if you're in Chicago stop by pick up a part from O'Reilly's they are very friendly in there I give the customer service 10 Stars

I Stopped by and asked Richard(I believe his name is) for help replacing my positive terminal post on my battery cable. Richard immediately checked it out and quickly helped me take care of the issue. I appreciate his help and hard work. Great customer service and very knowledgable. Will def continue to shop with this location.

While normally my service has been good, this time did not go as well. I requested from the store original front shocks for my Toyota Tundra truck. I received them, I even confirmed twice (since my information was different from theirs) and was told to just try them out. I did and when they did not fit, I went back to correct the situation only to be told they would not return them. $300 for parts that were not used and not to the truck that I have. They still did not change this in their system. Worst service ever! Buyer beware, these were NOT the ORIGINAL PARTS they say they are.
